The National Trust Association in Belgium has been supporting the National Trust and will continue to do so. The following is a list of donations that have been made by the NTAB and the projects to which these donations have gone.

April 2007

  • £ 3.500,- donated to support the geophysical project at Gibside

February 2005

  • £ 2.500,- donated to Florence Court, Northern Ireland for conservation work on the painting "Lord Ross on his Bay"
  • £ 2.500,- donated to Castle Ward, Northern Ireland for restoration of the tapestries in the Parnell Room
  • £ 2.500,- donated to Snowshill Manor, Gloucestershire for the replacement of an elderly and rotting greenhouse to enable to propagate a wider variety of organically grown vegetables which would be used in the restaurant
  • £ 2.500,- donated to Charlecote Park, Warwickshire for the production of a new children's activity pack for the park, with hands-on activities for children to do with their families

September 2003:

  • £ 3.000,- donated to Lacock to help restore the greenhouses in that National Trust village

September 2002:

  • £ 2.000,- donated to a special project to commemorate HM Queen Elisabeth, the Queen Mother for the retoration of the sunken garden, rock garden and surrounding weedland at Polesden Lacey

September 2001:

  • £ 3.000,- to Nymans in West Sussex for the restoration of a 16th Century Flemish tapestry and the cleaning of two pictures.

September 2000:

  • £ 2.000,- to Anglesey Abbey for the complete overhaul of the large 8 day, musical longcease clock with annual calender by W. Leigh Newton, circa 1790 in the Lower Gallery. (see the clock - courtesy of Albert L Mok)

  • £ 1.000,- to Anglesey Abbey for conservation work on a silver panel "Flight into Egypt".

September 1999:

  • £ 2.260,- to Standen House for various restoration projects.

  • £ 750,- to Sheffield Park Garden for the replacement of a water filter on a Victorian hydraulic Ram Pump inlet.

September 1998

  • £ 1.000,- to Owletts for conservation of tapestries in the Drawing Room

  • £ 2.000,- to Knole for sculpture conservation in the Stone Court colonade and Cartoon Gallery
